NEW HOME SALES (June) 330,000 units*

NEW HOME SALES

June 10     + 23%               May 10     -36.7%

Sales of new one-family houses in June 2010 were at a seasonally adjusted annual rate of 330,000.
This is 23.6% above the revised May 2010 estimate of 267,000.
