Okay, here start's my day. It began this morning at 6am leaving call back messages for listing agents to schedule time starting at 1pm this afternoon to see six more homes I found to possibly show my out of state client coming in tomorrow. If they are good properties then that will give us a total of 13 homes to see tomorrow. Oh, Oh...am I superstitious?
Next step is a 9am walk-through Appt with another client.
Oh, don't forget I have to get my car washed and cleaned out for the showings tomorrow. Will need to pick up client at airport at 9am and off we scoot to go buy a home! The pressure is on. This client needs to close and be in a new home before the end of July.
After all this is taken care of then it is back to the office to catch up with the rest of my clients and make calls to schedule additional showings and try to pick up a couple of listings in the process. Perhaps I will get finished around 9pm tonight and not quite as late as last night. It is another full and adventurous day.

Who says Realtor's have Banker's Hours

It is ow close to 11pm and I am still trying to pull comps for my out of state client coming in to buy home on Thursday. Went to take key to another buyer who just closed on home and the lender had a Barbque so everyone was out of office and didn't get docs to Title company until after 2:30 pm so now buyer has to wait until tomorrow when it records to get his key. I wasn't even invited to this barbque!
Went to take EM back to a client at his work. Will be looking at buying a home in the next 4 months. The previous deal fell through. Went to show a listing up in Draper to a new client. Great lot bad house! Had to go back to the home that didn't close and get keys and put in hiding spot for client for tomorrow morning when it records, as I will be in North Salt Lake for a final walk-through with clients that will be closing on Monday the 29th! Now I am preparing additional homes to call on tomorrow that are listed in the price area of my out of state client coming in on Thursday and preview these homes to make sure they are close to her expectations and search criteria. Putting on way over 100 miles per day on my car driving all over the valley is challenging. Tomorrow I have to go out to Eagle Mountain to give my clients who closed on a home two weeks ago their little welcome gift I give to all my clients who buy homes. It is a very nice padded notebook to keep all their home papers and receipts. I also give them packages of popcorn for each member of family, a bottle of sparkling grape juice and a very nice ZipRealty key chain and pen!
It is now time to call it a day after putting in a 15-hour day!

Thus Begins the Day of My Blog

Wow...getting a new TMobile G1 Phone, spending time into the wee morning hours just to figure out my basic phone set up and inputing of information has been tiring but rewarding. Might take awhile, so friends, family and business associates, please be patients. Never fear, perhaps I'll be able to catch your phone call on the first ring!

Now back to inputing important data contact information into my phone...and oh, don't forget the pictures.

Eventually I will get all my wonderful documented pictures of closings, clients, etc. on my website, facebooks and this blog....so who has time for all this stuff?
