BUYERS GET OFF THE FENCE NOW

I don't know of too many professional and active Realtors® who run their real estate business like the picture posted suggests and very contrary to all the marketing and glamorous life style you see for get rich programs for the buying and selling of real estate with no cash involved!

A professional full-time Realtor® will make it happen with the least amount of stress to their clients in helping them find the home of their dreams at a great price and value with the least amount of costs involved and handling all the details, deadline dates, contract, inspections, and watching your backs financially right up to closing and beyond.. Call me now to get your home under contract by April 30th to qualify for the 8K for first time home buyers and 6.5K for homeowners who have owned a home for 5 years or more before this great program ends April 30th. Must be under contract by then.

If you are looking to buy a home and are ready, willing and able, you are going to kick yourself if you miss out on this tax incentive program. The new FICO 08 score guidelines will be coming out in the near future and for potential home buyers who has credit scores below 700, they will drop even further with 08 FICO guidelines, which will put many potential buyers, especially first-time home buyers, not able to qualify for a loan. Also interest rates are guaranteed to be going up and have already been creeping up slowly. We will see them raised to the 6 percent bracket very soon and who knows how high they will go in the future with the economy outlook?.

Don't be one of those left on the outside looking in!
