It Takes 30-45 days in today's normal process to go through underwriting taking you to the settlement date and then usually the following day to fund/record and close. Call me now so we can get you pre-qualified with a lender and start looking for homes then when you find the right home, submit an offer to make it by the deadlines outlined by the IRS.
